Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Soul Shop. We strive to provide high-quality spiritual products to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return if they are personalized or customized according to your specifications. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

6. Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

7. Timeframe

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

10. Effective Date
